    Step 1 - Creating your account

    1. In order to distribute your rooms with us, you first need to create an account. List your property here. 
      Please note that there is a minimum requirement of 10 rooms to sign up. 
       
    2. After listing your property, you will receive three confirmation emails with:
      • A registration summary with your hotel information and the T&Cs.
      • An email with your Channel Manager credentials to be informed in the Hotel Link platform during the connection process.
      • An email with your Partner Portal — formerly Maxiroom — credentials where you will be able to upload your content and complete your Onboarding.
         
    3. Go ahead and map your rooms and rates following Step 2.

    Step 2 – Mapping Hotelbeds in Hotel Link PMS

    1. Navigate to the Channel Manager section within the Hotel Link extranet.
    2. Find and click on Hotelbeds in the left menu.
    3. Enter your property ID, username and password that we provide after the sign-up.
    4. Select the following options:
      • Send Booking Notification to hotelier.
      • Rollback Availability for Cancelled Bookings.
      • Active Booking Retrieval Auto Job.
    5. Click on 'Fetch Rooms'.
    6. Link the respective Rate Plans in Hotelbeds and Hotel Link.
    7. Click on 'Full Booking Retrieval'.
    8. Save the mapping.

    Step 3 - Complete the hotel Content

    1. Login to Partner Portal — formerly Maxiroom —.
    2. Complete the following details:
      2.1    General Information: Hotel descriptions in English and in your local language.
      2.2    Hotel facilities and services.
      2.3    Room facilities and number of pax distribution.
      2.4    Hotel and Room pictures (min. 12 pictures/ min 800 px wide).
