Opened in 2008, Hostal Aravaca Garden is a hostel located in a residential area outside Madrid. This 25-room property was founded by Lucas Zori, who is also its director.
Since the opening, Zori has observed an increased level of occupancy and improved margins, compared to other properties he worked in before.
The previous experiences he had in both large hotels and smaller properties made him an expert in the hospitality and travel industry. Among other key tactics, he defined guests' segmentation, increased discounts, implemented campaigns and offers for various audiences, and rewarded agencies to get more bookings.
